What is with people that call-in for tech support, and then are totally snobby or un-helpful in your attempt to help them?! Either this is the same lady I spoke to a few months back, or this is yet another customer with a hebrew version of windows that will not divulge any info about her OS.
"Me: ok right click on the wireless network icon down on the bottom right corner of the screen.
Me: ok what options do you have?
Customer: I can tell you in hebrew, but it's not going to help you."
I swear this is exactly what was said. What a punk!
